Readmission Policy

This policy outlines the process for a student that has been discontinued from the program and would like to continue their studies.

To be eligible to request reactivation, students must meet the following criteria:

Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of discontinuation.
Address any holds on their Albert account that may prevent enrollment in courses

To apply for readmission please complete the Readmission Request Form and have the following documents ready to submit:

Detailed explanation of the reason(s) for discontinuation/non-enrollment
Statement on why you would like to resume studies
Copy of unofficial Transcript
Acknowledgement of GPH Academic Policies

NOTE: Students are expected to complete their degree within the timeframe outlined in the Program Completion Limit policy. For students who are readmitted after a period of discontinuation, the time they were not actively enrolled will not count toward the Program Completion Limit. The timeframe for program completion will resume upon readmission.
